A copy of the Huron Window Corporation Warranty is supplied with your product purchase or can be acquired from your Huron dealer.

Read the ENTIRE Huron Window Corporation Warranty PRIOR to making your purchase or product installation. By purchasing Huron product, the customer/client acknowledges the Warranty as part of the terms of sale.

To obtain help with Warranty, contact the Huron dealer where the product was purchased.

Please: (a) identify the Huron product or glass involved, the date and place of purchase, (b) describe completely what the claimed defect is (photographs and sketches are helpful), (c) identify yourself and those persons who have already been contacted and state what attempts have been made to correct the problem, (d) give the address where the defective product or glass can be inspected, and (e) give a phone number where you can be reached.

Huron will investigate your claim as soon as possible and take appropriate action. Huron may charge an inspection fee for any on-site inspection that is required or that is requested by you after the labour warranty period.
